<Phase 1/>
Find out & discuss what your needs are and establish an initial menu that we will trial out. This enables us to gather data for the next phase.
<Phase 2/>
Once the initial menu has been delivered, we want to find out what the employees liked, disliked, would like to have instead, improvements etc. We achieve this via personalised online or paper questionnaires, ratings, feedback forms for your employees to fill out where they can get their voices heard.
<Phase 3/>
Once this data has been gathered, we aggregate and analyse what the employees had to say. Using this analysis, we modify the menu and personalise it. This can include adding new recipes, dishes or even changing existing recipes just for you.
<Phase 4/>
Now we repeat this process again & again until we have established a perfect menu and obtained information on what your employees love, dislike and enjoy. This will enable us to create a variety of menus so that we are giving something different each week.
